The Bathroom

                                                                    Bathroom

There is no reason the Bathroom shouldn't be as Beautiful as the rest of your home.
There are many ways to incorporate the Vintage-French-Elegant-Sophisticated style into your home
these days.

Using old Cabinets-Dressers-Side Tables as a Vanity or for Storage

Adding in Old Vintage/Antique Trumea's or Mirrors

Darling Cherub Statue- or an Old French Chair just as Decorative as useful.

Vintage/Antique Sconces to Frame the Vanity area.

Bringing in an Armoire-to hold Towels-Bathroom essentials.

Hanging a Vintage Crystal Chandelier over the tub- or over the Sink-
Romantic & Just Plain Pretty.

Using Vintage pieces, gives the Bathroom a unique look, but practical as well with an Old ladder leaning against wall to hold towels or Furniture for storage-sinks-or just decoration.
All of which, allows your bathroom to tie into the rest of the home & be just as lovely.

Natural Wood

The Beauty of Natural Wood.
So Often We paint the Old Woods, bringing a New look to a once forgotten piece.
But there is something to the Un-touched Original Woods.

I personally love the Natural Wood Mixed with shades of white.

Having a piece that is in it's original state, original wood not altered brings a Rustic element to your space.
The dark Wood combined with White linens-White walls are just pure Beauty & Elegant.

There is a Historical Feel as well.

Each Un-touched piece holds a story, & becomes the Art of a room.

Tufting Detail

Linen Fabric is my Favorite to work with, It is Classic-Neutral-Simple-yet has an Elegance about it.
Some Pieces I love with Clean Lines, and some I love with a Tufted back and or bottom.

Some with a Deep Button Tufting & Some with a little more relaxed look.
I believe using the Linen, allows the eye to focus on the detail of the piece of furniture, Tufting just is another part of the detail of the piece.
This one I Did a deep Tufting- and added a Down Filled Cushion for more depth & Always love Coordinating Pillows.
While this Chair is not in a Standard Linen, the Lining gives the look of linen and the Tufted back makes the chair lovely just as much as the legs.

This Vintage Victorian Chair is re-upholstered in a Softer Linen with touch of Button Tufting.

Beautiful Chaise with All Over Tufting
My Sweet Little Settee Tufted in a Linen, doesn't take away from the Rose Wood Carved Frame But adds a bit of Charchter.
